Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a resolution — including a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Eligibility
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within  5 days of delivery for a full refund
- Due to the nature of consumable products, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used items, except in cases of damage or defect
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
Damaged or Defective Items
Email (Contact@Salve-Shop.com) Â within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email (Contact@Salve-Shop.com) with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 3 business days with instructions
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 2 business days to the original payment method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
